Grand View (“the Service”) is a private, invitation-only analytics portal operated by Bland to Grand Media & Productions (“Bland to Grand,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Grand View lets clients of Bland to Grand view analytics from their own connected social media accounts (including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook) in one dashboard. The Service is read-only with respect to your social accounts: it retrieves and displays performance metrics and never posts, edits, or deletes content on your behalf.
Access is granted by invitation to authorized clients only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to connect any social media account you link to the Service.
When you connect an account, you authorize Grand View to read your analytics through that platform's official API using a secure authorization token. You may disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard, which stops further access. Your use of each connected platform also remains subject to that platform's own terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data belonging to other clients, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for violations.
Our handling of information from your connected accounts is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: we use your data solely to display your performance to you, we do not sell it, and you may request deletion at any time.
The Grand View software, design, and branding are owned by Bland to Grand. The analytics data displayed belongs to you and your respective platforms; we claim no ownership of it.
The Service is provided “as is.” Metrics are sourced from third-party platform APIs and may be delayed, estimated, or unavailable at times. “Media value” figures are clearly labeled estimates, not guaranteed revenue. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bland to Grand is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time; material changes are reflected by the effective date above. Either party may end the client relationship, after which access is removed and you may request deletion of your data.
