Privacy Policy

Grand View (“Grand View,” “we,” “us”) is a private, invitation-only analytics portal operated by Bland to Grand Media & Productions for its clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. By connecting an account to Grand View you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Access

When you connect a social media account, you authorize Grand View to read analytics about that account through the platform's official API — and, only for accounts you connect for publishing, to upload the content you have approved. Specifically:

• TikTok (via TikTok Login Kit): your basic profile (open ID, display name, avatar), your public profile fields, your account statistics (followers, likes, following and video counts), and the list of your public videos with their view/like/comment/share counts. Scopes: user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list. If you enable publishing (video.upload, video.publish), Grand View posts only videos you approved, with the caption and settings shown to you before posting. We never modify or delete existing content.
• YouTube: channel statistics, video analytics, and recent uploads. If you enable publishing (youtube.upload, youtube.force-ssl), Grand View uploads only videos you approved to your channel and can post the first comment you wrote for them. We never modify or delete your existing videos.
• Google Business Profile (optional, business.manage): posts the updates you approved to your business listing. We never edit your business information.
• Instagram & Facebook (via Meta): page/profile follower counts, reach, engagement, and recent posts (read-only).

We do not collect your password for any connected platform. Connections use each platform's secure OAuth flow, which provides us a limited access token instead.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information for two purposes only: displaying your social media performance back to you inside your private Grand View dashboard, and publishing the specific content you approved to the accounts you connected for publishing. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Grand View's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that run Grand View, strictly so the service can function:

• Supabase — secure database where access tokens and retrieved metrics are stored.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Clerk — login and account authentication.

These providers process data only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law. Your data from one connected account is never shown to any other client.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your metrics and access tokens only while your account is connected and your client relationship with Bland to Grand is active. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your dashboard, which immediately stops further data access. To request full deletion of your stored data and tokens, email joseph@fromblandtogrand.com and we will delete it within 30 days. Step-by-step instructions are on our Data Deletionpage. We also honor data-deletion requests received through each platform's developer channels.

5. Security

Access tokens and metrics are stored encrypted, access is restricted to authorized personnel, and all data is transmitted over secure (HTTPS) connections. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Platform Compliance

Our use of information received from TikTok, YouTube, and Meta APIs adheres to each platform's Developer Terms and Policies, including the limited-use requirements that restrict how such data may be used, stored, and shared. We use platform data solely to provide the analytics features described above.

7. Children's Privacy

Grand View is a business tool not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
