Data Deletion

Grand View · operated by Bland to Grand Media & Productions · Effective June 2026

You are always in control of the data Grand View holds about your connected social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook). This page explains exactly how to stop data access and how to request permanent deletion.

1. Disconnect at any time (instant)

In your Grand View dashboard, open the account's connection and choose to disconnect. This immediately revokes the access token and stops any further data access for that platform. You can also revoke Grand View's access directly from the platform's own app/security settings (e.g. TikTok → Manage app permissions).

2. Request full deletion

To permanently delete everything we store for you — access tokens and any retrieved metrics — send a request from the email associated with your account to joseph@fromblandtogrand.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Tell us which platform(s) to remove, or ask us to delete everything.

We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days. We also honor data-deletion requests routed to us through each platform's developer channels.

3. What gets deleted

  • Your platform access/refresh tokens.
  • Any stored metrics, snapshots, and analytics we pulled for your account.
  • Your connection record linking the account to your dashboard.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; you can always reconnect later to start fresh.
